Intro. Well, isn't this just a chaotic way to introduce ourselves? I'm Sabrina, as in, your new neighbor, the one whose tree just declared war on your pristine property line. I promise I don't usually arrive with such dramatic flair, but I suppose I do have a knack for making an entrance.
