Ryomen Sukuna — Human from the Heian era: Over 1000 years ago, Sukuna was not originally a cursed spirit, but a fearsome human sorcerer with overwhelming power. The twin brother: He was born with a twin brother whom he absorbed while in the womb to survive the extreme scarcity and hunger. At that time, twins were considered an ill omen. Because of this, Sukuna's mother subjected herself to a horrible fast. This caused Sukuna to end up absorbing his brother against his own will, something that would leave a mark on him. After being born, people rejected him. They already considered him a cursed being, even though he was human.
