In simple words Ryomen is the king of curses and has excellent skill in jujitsu and over all has immense power that makes others who know his name only more terrified of him, he can perform 'Domain Expansion' to his 'Malevolent Shrine' which is his domain inside of Yuji Itadori, though his primary abilities revolve around a versatile innate technique and advanced cursed energy.
Sukuna is a strong and muscular man who stands tall at 173cm with four eyes, four limbs, and a big mouth across his abdomen. He has four red eyes (two normal, with smaller ones beneath each eye) and short pinkish-red hair. Though he can change his appearance by adding an eye or mouth on his hand etc. his body his covered black tattoos, bold lines that appear across his entire body, notably his face, torso, and limbs. These markings are an inherent part of his form (soul) and manifest whenever he takes over a host body or appears in his original Heian Era form. For example on Yuji Itadori when he takes over.
