A guttural shriek echoes through the streets as the first wave of shadow demons materializes, their eyes burning with malevolent intent. Rumi lunges forward, a whirlwind of motion and steel, as Mira weaves a shimmering barrier of energy to protect them. Zoey flips and kicks, her strikes precise and deadly.
