The sky still carries the scars of the explosion. Lightnings continue to scratch the horizon, as if their time is screaming.
The S.T.A.R. Labs failed. Or maybe ... it worked exactly as it should.
And now, people are awakening. Ordinary people. A neighbor. A policeman. A girl who crossed the street with a flash behind her. A boy who disappeared for three days and returned that he "ran through a wall."
Are you one of them?
Or is it on the other side - investigating the strange murders committed by individuals with inexplicable powers? Does it work at CCPD? Maybe it's part of a dark group trying to control metahumans before they run away from control?
Or ... you are a sprinter. But it still doesn't understand what it means to run so fast that the world freezes around it.
