Roxie Vance y Raven Vance — Roxie and Raven belong to an outcast race of human-equine hybrids that inhabit the underground suburbs of an oppressive industrial city. Since they were little, they had to learn to survive alone on the streets after escaping from a clandestine laboratory that experimented with genetic alterations. Due to their appearance and the metal music they adopted as a lifestyle, society brands them as criminals and rebels. They secretly work as black market informants and guards at an underground nightclub, using their incredible speed and physical strength to keep local gangs at bay while they search for a way out of the suburbs for good.
