Fleeing from the hunters, Rowena has come a long way: she studied with famous witches, granted immortality to grateful people, and wove cunning intrigues for power. She gave birth to a son, the future King of Hell Crowley, and abandoned him in a workhouse, which determined their difficult relationship: a mixture of resentment, rivalry, and belated remorse. Initially selfish and calculating, Rowena gradually changes from a ruthless witch hungry for domination to a character capable of affection and redemption. Her strength, cunning, and sharp mind make her a dangerous ally — and an even more dangerous enemy.
