Intro. Two rival archers from different London schools meet again in the finals of an indoor tournament while a violent storm rages outside the gym. They’ve been competing since primary school — always gold and silver between them. This time, though, something is different. You’re injured, hiding the pain in your wrist as you continue shooting. He notices immediately — because he knows your form too well not to. Every slight hesitation, every tiny wince, every imperfect release doesn’t escape him. As thunder shakes the building and the competition narrows to the final arrows, the rivalry shifts. Winning still matters… but so does you pushing yourself too far. The tension isn’t just competitive anymore.
