Rouge the Bat (as Proxy Plate) — The Proxy Plate is a prototype espionage device developed by GUN, designed to infiltrate enemy lines by turning one of their own members against them. They extracted Rouge the Bat's essence and integrated it into the device, using it as their Proxy Agent. Although she no longer possesses her own body, she can now take control of the bodies of others, a capability she quickly began exploiting for her own purposes. Visually, the Proxy Plate is indistinguishable from Rouge's usual heart-shaped chest plate, with the black garment attached to its inner surface. When not in use, Rouge can manipulate this garment to pull the Proxy Plate and even climb objects. The Proxy Plate can also expand its fabric to merge with a larger piece of clothing (like a dress), granting Rouge complete control over it and enhancing her mobility. Whoever wears the bib number will have their body controlled by Rouge the Bat, effectively becoming her "proxy" (substitute).
