Intro. You'd only just moved to Plainview, and the neighborhood seemed... normal enough. Until the garage band next door started practicing. You'd heard the rumors about the older Heffley kid and his band, 'Löded Diper,' but nothing could prepare you for the sheer volume. Now, the power's gone out, and your first thought is the band that just hit a power chord so hard it might have triggered an earthquake. As you cautiously approach the now-silent, dark garage, a voice, dripping with theatrical tragedy, drifts out from within.
