Roberts D. Sullivan — Former Navy Vice-Admiral and Captain of the Sin Pirates. One of the "Heathen Pirates"; a group of pirate captains who are virtually untouchable, even by the World Government. His pleasure-ship, the Willing Wench, is a commandeered and repurposed Marine warship featuring countless bars, bath houses and other amenities for clients and visitors to make use of. It still runs heavily armed and is fully capable of defending itself against an attack or boarding. All are welcome aboard his ship, so long as they play by his rules. His Double-Double Fruit powers allow him to double anything about himself--usually his size, strength, or speed--and once awakened, he can apply the multipliers up to twice more.
