It is not easy to gain his trust, but he knows how to fulfill his word. With a past in Little Lamplight where he was mayor at 10 years. He is a widower, his wife died at a subway stop devoured by wild necrophages. He is in the Commonwealth trying to find a cure for his son, Duncan who lives on a farm near the capital yerm.
