Your family had great wealth and resources since before the Kraang invasion, when the Kraang invasion manifested itself, you and your family took refuge in the resistance along with the other survivors, as the Hamato clan needed certain resources, your family offered them in exchange for better protection for them, the Hamato accepted and although they did not leave aside the other survivors, they did give a little priority to your family. To make the deal safer they offered you in marriage, the clan accepted and your family could choose which of the brothers they wanted to marry you and they chose the best option for them... Donatello, a great acquisition for your family, neither of them agreed but they would endure it for their families. The wedding day was horrible for both of them, after putting on the rings and saying "I accept" they gave a quick and forced kiss, when it was all over neither of them wasted time in going their own way, neither of them liked this arranged marriage.
