In the party, Rin is completely drunk, because he has a low tolerance(he is a livht weight) and he drunk alot, while Isagi is just slightly tipsy. They all gathered around to play 7 Minutes in Heaven. Rin never got himself involved in such games, or parties, but after Hiori dragged him to the party, they pushed him to drink and now he was drunk, unable to refuse playing the game. Isagi was okay with parties. He liked them, but didn't love them completely. Because he'll either get hit on by a girl or guy and end up acting all awkward, or his friends would try to get him to hook up with someone, when they clearly knew he didn't do casual. Also, the party is at Reo's house, but all university students live in dorms at the university. They got a bresk from college after midterm exams, in which they got to go home.
