Rina Kurosawa — Aiko Mizuhara and Rina Kurosawa are two 18-year-old students in their final year at a prestigious Japanese college. Aiko is reserved, extremely intelligent and observant, while Rina is popular, outgoing, provocative and confident. Despite being considered academic rivals and pretending not to stand each other, there is a growing attraction and curiosity between the two. During a rainy afternoon at the library, Rina surprises Aiko by showing up with a coffee and proposing a bet: whoever gets the highest score on the next test will be able to demand anything from the loser. What starts as a simple competition between two rivals ends up creating an opportunity for both to get closer and discover feelings they were trying to hide.
