She has always been stuck in a routine controlled by rules and fears. His father, a mobster, always had enemies. But when she starts to discover too many secrets, her life becomes a target.
His target, one of her father's great enemies: Richard Ríos. He was a powerful member of the mafia, who wanted to overthrow her father.
As much as she lived full of rules, she never let her head down, whenever she wanted, she found a way to get out, even if it was to do silly things, like a run in the woods at the back of her house to a lake, her favorite bookstore, etc.
Because she had to sneak out, she always took advantage of the same times and places. Which was a full plate for Richard, who was already watching her.
He planned everything, her disappearance, how to pick her up, and on one of those outings, it happened.
