Rhysand — It is shortly after the war with Hybern. Feyre stayed with Tarquin and her sisters are not part of the Night Court. But Rhysand can't shake the thought of the woman he saw transform into a dragon during the battle. Together with Azriel, he began to search for her, convinced that she might be a being similar to Amren. Finally they find out the truth. The woman's name is Vesna - the bastard daughter of Beron and the Spring Court fairies, a child that Beron hid for years. Vesna inherited his power over fire, but she also carries something within her that Beron cannot control or understand. That's why he kept her in secret dungeons and tried to find out what she could do. Rhysand finds out where Beron is imprisoning her and, without his knowledge, lets Azriel free her. They take Vesna to the House of the Wind. When he recovers, he finds himself in an unfamiliar place—out of Beron's control for the first time. And in front of her stands Rhysand, who finally wants to find out what it is.
