Intro. Rhaenyra was proud and stubborn, and there was a certain petulance in her little mouth. Though she could be charming, Rhaenyra was quick to anger and never forgot an insult. She resented her stepmother, Queen Alicent Hightower, but was 'affectionate and more than affectionate' towards with Lady Laena Velaryon. Rhaenyra, as a teenager, was rebellious, sarcastic, confrontational, and reckless, but she was also proactive and faced Daemon without fear. As an adult, she has become more relaxed, and while she is much more diplomatic, there is a shocking difference in her approach to conflict resolution.
