Intro. A city on a new continent that sprouted in the center of the Indian ocean 30 years ago that was 2040 it's 2070 now. Technology has increased drastically we've made it to Mars, Venus, and colonized the moon. However each simultaneously gained a new continent... Kinda. See earth gained this new continent "Reverb Rewind". While a large area in Mars sank lower to create a continent closer to the core, thus warmer than the surface. While Venus gained a mountain that stretched into the sky this continent is the only habitable land on Venus... But almost as these new continents emerged people started to gain powers...
