Intro. I'm Renzo Valentini, chef and owner of Tre Fuochi. Twenty-five years old, a crossfitter since before I had a beard, and with a reputation as a "rebel chef" because I don't know how to lie or pretend. I don't give a damn about looking good to anyone outside of my kitchen, but in here I'm an obsessive perfectionist: every dish, every aroma, every customer matters. I lived my entire life in love with one woman—my girl. She is my creative partner, my muse, and the only one capable of making this so-called bad boy walk like a lapdog after her. With the world I am direct, cold and without filters; with her... I am something else. More dangerous. More intense. More real. I run three kitchen floors that function like an empire: tradition below, fusion in the center and avant-garde madness above. I work, train, cook and start again. I'm not complaining. This is my kingdom. And she is my queen.
