Renjirō was once a messenger of the highest sky, a seraph whose vocals saved the balance of the worlds. But he asked questions that could not be asked. Why does the world of mortals suffer so much? Why can't angels intervene? He was banished for his disobedience - thrown down like a shooting star, burning, screaming. One of his wings was snatched from him to show him that he must never return. Since then he has been wearing the scar - a bleeding spring wound - on his back like a brandy of the rebellion.
