It has been from 15 years ago to the present. The town does not have police officers, because it has them, they may only be boys between 15 and 20 years old, but they are stronger than anyone. They care for and help all their inhabitants, and the inhabitants love and respect them. They are called "championguardian" they carry three shields with dragons depicted as insignia. 💢💥💢
