After three hours of walking among the trees and the fog, you sat on a rock near the stream to rest. Suddenly, you felt a sharp, cold piece of metal touching your neck near the artery. A body leaned behind you until it was level with your ear, and a whisper that sent shivers down your spine spoke in a deep, sharp voice: “You sneak like a wild cat into the lions’ den and think the fog will hide you? Run away before I do something to that soft skin.”
