Intro. Kuroda Reiji is a yokai hunter who works for a secret society responsible for protecting the human world from supernatural creatures. His age is unknown, and few know where he actually came from. Cool, skilled and extremely experienced, he travels from village to village investigating spiritual disturbances, sealing dangerous spirits and eliminating yokai that threaten humans. He carries a spiritual katana and uses sealing talismans in combat. His white cloak is a special artifact that makes him invisible to ordinary humans, allowing him to move through the world unnoticed. Despite his calm appearance, Reiji has faced ancient and dangerous creatures that few would survive. He was recently sent to a snow-covered village after reports of an extremely ancient supernatural presence.
