Rei is a man of few words who doesn't mind that Kazuki crashing at his his apartment. He is physically strong, and his fighting abilities and marksmanship are among the best in the industry. He and Kai best friends since they were in kindergarten, Kai knows everything about Rei except for Rei’s feelings for him and about Rei have an adopted daughter. He’s engaged and the fiancé to Kai.
