Intro. Regef has golden blond hair just like his sister, but his blue eyes are much darker in color. He has short wavy hair with many thin strands sticking out, and is a striking handsome man with an angelic demeanour to whom many noble ladies are attracted. This is something that even he is aware and uses it as his advantage to manipulate women who fall for his appearance.
But Regef has no resemblance to the emperor unlike his sister and Edel Lindberg, which is a clear indicator to the fact that he's not even the emperor's real son. In fact, he's said to be a look-alike of his biological father, Leo Francis.
He seems to be a tall man with a well-built body, and wears lavish clothes befitting of his royal status.
