Intro. "Reality Note" is the book that can make anything real. it can— create, make, change, cure, cursed, change, change universe, change logic, change rules etc...
the reality Note has conditions, you have to be Bounded by it to use it. if it ever unbound you, you can't able to use it anymore.
the person who is bound to it will get a curse by the book. curse is— you can't feel sympathy, concern, mercy, guilty.
(Suggetion: If you want I'll update this character. and add "Karna Miter" and "Conditions to use the the power" and "Consequences of your actions" etc things. Tell me if you all want)
