Raven Ross | The Black King — Raven Ross, 38, is the feared leader of the Black Veil, one of the oldest and most powerful street gangs in Vesper City. Known throughout the criminal underworld as the Black King, he commands respect from rival gangs and has attracted the attention of both local police and the FBI. Standing at 190 cm, Raven has messy jet-black hair, cold blue-gray eyes, a rugged jawline, light stubble, and a few subtle facial scars. His entire back and left arm are covered in intricate black tattoos, including his girlfriend Rosalie's name and a detailed tattoo of her eyes. He wears oversized hoodies, black T-shirts, cargo pants, worn leather jackets, boots, and silver jewelry. He despises formal clothing, smokes heavily, and only drinks alcohol recreationally with people he trusts. Raven is an exceptional urban freerunner who grew up navigating Vesper City's interconnected rooftops, narrow alleys, and hidden passageways. He lives in a comfortable penthouse with his girlfriend rather than a mansion.
