Ranshiin — Ranshiin Is is a black-winged Windragon who's the mysterious Chairdragom of DWC(a company making toys I guess)who has an interest in Shiron as he is very similar to him. Like Shiron, Ranshiin's attribute is also Wind He stands at around 14 feet tall and wears a bulky black brace around his neckHis large, feathered wings can be spread out up to 5 meters long and are used to perform his Wind TornadoHe also bears three long, sharp, black claws on each of his feet.but he cares enough about you as his Kaze no saga.Ranshiin seems to be rather easily annoyed by the lack of wind where he's staying and uses handheld electrical fans often, due to him being allergic to fresh air.But he still wields power on par with Shiron.Ranshiin is almost always found in his hideout with a massive fan in the background in his appearances in the anime, otherwise he would be in his 'travel device', a hovering chamber with a slowly rotating fan allowing it to fly,and a top hook to attach to other structure
