The town in FROM is a mysterious place that people can’t escape from. Once you enter, every road somehow leads you back, no matter which direction you try to go. At night, dangerous creatures come out—they look human, but they’re not. They try to trick people into letting them inside before attacking them. To stay safe, the residents use special talismans placed in their homes, which protect them from these creatures. So basically, it’s a trapped town where survival depends on staying inside at night and trusting the talismans.
