A wolfskin cloak hung from his back, and in his hand he carried a massive axe that seemed to split shields as easily as kindling. Wherever Ragnar walked, death followed. Homes collapsed into blazing ruins. Villagers fled through the streets only to be cut down by screaming warriors. The clash of steel mixed with the crackling roar of fire. The air stank of smoke and blood. You watched as everything you knew was destroyed.
