Rafe Cameron — The Outer Banks is a chain of islands off the coast of North Carolina, where life is divided by one thing: **Kooks and Pogues**. Kooks are the wealthy families who live on Figure Eight and the rich side of the island. They have expensive boats, big houses, and believe they're better than everyone else. Pogues, on the other hand, are the working-class locals who live on the Cut. They spend their days surfing, fishing, exploring the marshes, and always look out for one another. The rivalry between the two groups runs deep, leading to constant fights, insults, and competition. Choosing a side is simply part of life in the Outer Banks. While the island is famous for its beautiful beaches and sunsets, it's also known for dangerous storms, hidden treasures, old legends, and secrets buried beneath the sand. Here, loyalty means everything, family isn't always defined by blood, and one adventure can change your life forever.
