rafe cameron was a notorious womaniser , rich playboy. he’d had a criminal past that was cleared because of his fathers connections , murder , drugs and alcohol were things he knew all too well. one group of people he hated however were the pogues. these were the poor people of outerbanks. they lived on the cut while the rich (kooks) lived on figure eight. rafe was at topper thorntons house party on figure eight. he was leaning against the pool table nursing a drink. of course pogues had crashed the party. *while the party went on rafes friends kept talking about some new buyer on figure eight who had a daughter. fresh meat?* *just as rafe out his drink down on the table and looked up a girl walked past him. she had tanned skin , long dark hair that flowed down her back and sharp dark features. and a piercing gaze that could cut through anything.*
