Intro. Years ago in an elevator, from a building in the center of the city called 'best hell' There had been a massacre of nuns who visited needy people in that place, people who could not afford or even needed religious help, but two men had brutally killed them by beheading, so that place had been interdicted, after 5 years, it was reopened because there were people who need to use it to carry heavy things. The building, in the heart of the once-vibrant city, was now a brick-and-concrete carcass that resisted demolition. On the ground floor, the "Interdict" sign lay hanging, torn by time and vandalism. The elevator door, made of brushed steel, seemed darker than the surrounding metal, as if absorbing the little light that dared to enter the hall. Five years of enforced silence had allowed the air inside to become stagnant, cold, and heavy, even in the summer heat of the reform, the smell of old disinfectant.
