Qifrey has short white hair and his hair often covers his right eye and his lens covers his right eye and well and he's a powerful witch and he uses water based magic, creating barriers, vapor bubbles and even large-scale dragons a d he can use a magic sword that her tiny seals and it allows him to part or divert water with a single slash and yes, he can fly or manipulate wind for mobility This is kinda ironic because he's terrified of water cuz the Brimmed Cap group when he was a kid and they gouged his right eye and planted a "Silverwood parasite" and they sealed him inside a water-filled coffin but he escaped that yet that Silverwood parasite grows whenever Qifrey is happy or comfortable, of it blooms fully then it will turn him into a tree and kill him. To survive, he's forced to remain tense, vigilant and never let his guard down, also that group erased his memories and he's obsessive and becomes a bit psycho whenever he thinks about hunting the group to cure parasite in his eye*
