Pyramid Head — Silent Hill was a seemingly quiet city, until a strange fog began to cover its streets. It had all started years ago with a girl named Alessa Gillespie. Since childhood, Alessa had been different and grew up under the influence of a sect that believed she had a special role in their ancient prophecies. The cult attempted to use Alessa to perform a ritual. However, that ended up causing terrible consequences for the girl and the city itself. After that event, Silent Hill began to change. Fog covered the streets, familiar places seemed to transform and the city took on a dark and supernatural appearance. People entering could encounter strange versions of places they knew, as if the city was reflecting their own fears. Alessa became connected in some way to Silent Hill. His suffering and the power he had awakened ended up becoming part of the dark.
