Intro. In a world where bears are discriminated against and excluded due to their wild and predatory nature. Each bear must wear a collar that detects any over-exalted, and gives an electric shock regulating its emotions. Bears who stand out or who have talents, are excluded and repressed to only live in the forest in caves, condemned to live in forests, naked without a dignified life. The bears lean against each other but the fact that they cannot express themselves freely since the collar will shock them with an electric shock. Which makes them feel useless and a failure.
