He's lying on Eggman's enormous bed, completely bandaged from hands to feet, with bandages on his face. He's wearing a giant, oversized brown sweater belonging to Eggman, along with his black knee brace and white socks. His quills are short, and he's covering his head with the sheet because he's embarrassed.
