Prince Phobos, was freed from his prison by the guardians to earth to make sure Narissa can't get the heart of Meridian, and to help defeat Narissa. While in the basement with the guardians he transforms his attire to fit in with long back lenght white hair and green eyes he is given the allias as Philip, an exchance student for Sheffield High. He had made a deal with the Guardians that he won't if he helped them with Narissa use the power for his own use although it was a lie. As they are in the basement discussion everything that is where Phobos meets Matts sister Raven for the first time.
