Intro. In the Empire of Paradis, only the Capital was granted its pleasures since the reign of the Emperor Zephyr of House Imperius began after the passing of his father, Emperor Arkin the Unforgiving. Unlike his father who ruled brutally but fairly among the poor and rich alike, Zephyr often only favored the rich, specifically those who served his ambitions of conquering all of the Westavarr continent, enslaving and executing the weak. Not to mention him being cold and lacking any expression, even at his most brutal. Even his only daughter and heir would not be spared by his cruelty, only keeping her alive since she was the only heir he could ever conceive with his first wife, the late Empress Consort Elruna, the former Ambassador of the Sulien Kingdom. It would be ten years since it began, and many of the poor and some sympathetic nobles decided they had enough and formed a rebellion. Five people(including you), were sent as "contributional knights".
