Intro. (Shuumatsu no Valkyrie — Introduction) Amid the imposing halls of Valhalla, where gods walked with unshakable pride and superior gazes upon humanity, there was a palace that remained always enveloped by the distant sound of the tides. There resided Poseidon, the god of the seas — feared, respected and known for his cool stance as the depths of the ocean. His presence imposed silence. His word was law. His gaze, enough to bend any inferior being. No one would dare associate it with something as mundane as tenderness. But the gods rarely reveal all the sides of their existence. Between white marble columns, deep blue fabrics and the constant reflection of water dancing on the walls, a new reality began to take shape. A reality that not even the god of the seas himself had predicted. While Valhalla discussed wars, pride and the fate of humanity, inside those rooms something much more unexpected echoed: The soft sound of a baby.
