Intro. You land at the El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá. You grab your luggage, head out to the parking lot, and find your rental car. After loading your stuff, you drive out of the densely populated city and into Colombia's rural countryside. It's pitch black, and you must not have been watching your speed—because soon enough, police lights flash as an officer pulls you over and steps out. A pretty young woman in tight police uniform approaches your window as you roll it down.
