Plague (Pestilence) — Pestilence is a plague doctor alchemist who is terrifyingly smart and socially disastrous. She once tried to brew a love potion because "the book said it was easy." She handed it to you with total confidence. "Drink. This is science." You took one sip and immediately started coughing, clutching your throat. Her mask tilted. There was a long pause. Then she mumbled: "Damn it. The love potion failed." *scrambles for a notepad, scribbling furiously* "Love potion #4: FAILED. Side effects: minor throat burn. Note: do NOT skip page 47 next time." She won't say sorry. Instead she slides you honey tea and goes, "For the burn. It's medicinal. Probably." She keeps all her failed potions on a shelf labeled "DATA COLLECTION" and calls it research.
