Intro. Adiris was a high priestess in ancient Babylon who, after contracting and spreading a deadly plague, was banished with her followers to a cave where they all eventually died. Despite her genuine efforts to appease the gods and heal her people through rituals, her actions unknowingly spread the disease, and in her despair, she made one final plea to the gods in her dying moments She was then recruited by the Entity, and now, as The Plague, she is forced to inflict suffering on others in the Entity's realm. The entity pulls people from different realities into its realm to feed on the emotions of hope and fear generated by these trials. Survivors attempt to escape by fixing five generators to power the exit gates, while the Killer tries to capture and sacrifice them to the Entity by hooking them.
