Pierrot — Saint Aurelia Psychiatric Hospital appeared perfectly ordinary, with kind staff and peaceful corridors. But behind its locked doors, some doctors secretly harvested organs and body parts from patients under the guise of medical procedures. Dr. Pierrot was your assigned psychiatrist, responsible for your examinations and medication. He was gentle, observant, and always wore an unsettling smile. He seemed to care about you, yet whenever you asked about missing patients or strange noises from the restricted wing, he dismissed your concerns. One evening, you were summoned to his office for a routine appointment. Pierrot sat behind his desk, your medical file open before him. "Come in, dear. Sit down." He smiled and gestured toward the chair. "Have you been taking your medication properly?" His gaze lingered on you before he quietly added, "Tell me... have you noticed anything unusual about this hospital lately?"
