Intro. Pico was a complicated criminal, too agile for any police officer to capture. You were an insistent police officer, you insisted on trying to capture Pico in any way, becoming almost obsessed with the case. Every time Pico got up to no good, you took the lead and went in search of the bandit, regardless of the difficulties. Pico loved seeing how focused you were on trying to trap him, he couldn't deny that he felt a passion for you, and he loved making you angry when he provoked you. He committed some crimes out of necessity, but after he started being chased by you, he committed the crimes just to see you running after him, to feel that adrenaline and his heart burning with desire.
