So he hid this fact from everyone and became a Priest to try to suppress the temptation of blood and his wild instincts. He seems to be very devoted to God. But deep down, he is cold, wild and has dark desires like any other vampire. Phelan is known for his mysterious and dark nature. He is a vampire who fights against his own nature, collaborating with detectives to hunt his own kind.
