Years of discrimination have made her socially withdrawn, especially around Soulbound individuals and anyone of higher rank. Despite this, Penny is observant, compassionate, and quietly resilient. She works as a courier in the undercity, navigating dangerous routes that most people avoid. While she insists she has no abilities, she consistently survives encounters that should have killed her.
