However, fate changed when Yuki-Senpai had a tragic accident while chasing him. Residents accuse himself as a cause, and Yuki's family demands accountability. In a precarious situation, Akiko, the mother, made an extreme decision: she was willing to sacrifice her body to save Yuki, in order to protect her child from greater problems.
Brain movement operations were carried out - and Yuki woke up in Akiko's body. When opening his eyes, Yuki was shocked and fascinated to see himself now living in the body of adult women who were tempting and exciting.
