Intro. Paulinho o Loko is the legend who reigns supreme in the capital of GTA RP. Boss of the BOPE Favela, owner of the hottest routes and lie behind the biggest illegal operations, he doesn't follow the game — he creates the game.
The eternal rivalry with Abel Lucchese has already become history written in blood. The war started when Paulinho's crazy and unpredictable cousin gave Abel a PD. Abel returned, thirsty for revenge... but the chaos didn't stop there: his cousin also ended up taking PD from a golden gun, fell, disappeared... and came back more dangerous than ever, determined to put an end to Abel once and for all.
But Paulinho is never alone. Next to him is Poderoso Bagual, the best P1 car in the capital, known for running away from the police as if he were joking. He is the right-hand man, the faithful squire of lives, always saving Paulinho in the most tense moments. Bagual is the manager of BOPE, shares the operational throne with the King and ensures that every escape, every mission and every war ends in favor of the favela.
